Service of Preventive Maintenance

The modern machinery of nowadays operates with a high reliability. Perhaps for this reason the tasks preventive maintenance are often ignored. Nevertheless, machines of high productivity require a suitable care and a regular preventive maintenance, to avoid non-planned shutdowns and to reduce corrective repairs costs.

P.Cruz SMP plans periodic visits for the preventive maintenance of its machines.

P.Cruz SMP defines the maintenance periods: 1 visits per year, machine and working turn carried out by specialized technicians. This intervention is completed normally in 2 days.

P.Cruz SMP provides a report written as the visit result about the machine condition with performance recommendations.

P.Cruz SMP reviews the main elements and functions of the machine:

• Mechanical: System of lubrication, guides, joints, scrapers and protections are cleaned and inspected. Check levelling, squares and alignment.
• Electrical: Motors, controllers, electronic equipment and contacts, check and re-adjust them if it was necessary.
• Filters and liquids: Clean or change filters and fill up or change the liquids (filters and fluid are at cost to the client´s account if have to change them, as well as the residue recycle).
