This service can be only requested in those machines designated with the acronyms "CNC". This is an option offered to the client to speed up any kind of technical or maintenance assistance.

It is a sophisticated system of remote access to the client machine. It allows to our technical team the access to the machine without the necessity of a physical displacement. It will be carried out immediately from our offices when the help is required. With this technique, most of non-mechanical problems usually are solved as soon as possible, even in minutes.

Alarm messages, configuration adjustments, software updates .... are not a problem thanks to the remote access.

The client can request through this technique the advice to use the machine, without the necessity of travelling and without wasting time. We always take care of privacy; for this reason the access to the system will be only possible with the previous authorization of the client.
